In order to have a vacation rental that stands out amongst other competitors, it is important to have some essential items available to your renters to help make their vacation experience stress-free, fun, and worthwhile. No one likes to show up at their vacation home and not even have the essential items available to them. Simple Items such as paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, bug spray, first aid kits, etc. are always good to have on hand and allow a vacationer to settle in more comfortably. 

From my own experience, one of my most favorite places my family and I ever stayed at took the time to think of everything we may need right away, and it made a HUGE difference. It was so nice to just be able to spend the first night relaxing after a long road trip and not worrying about rushing to the store or even having something to eat the next morning (they even provided some light breakfast items, coffee, and water)! The owners/property managers really helped make our experience a memorable and relaxing one and now in addition to planning to go back some time, we recommend them to our friends and family too! 

So don’t be cheap or overlook these essential accommodations, they can make a drastic difference in your rental’s success and will leave visitors wanting to come back and experience it over and over again!
