Our Services

Design Consulation and Report


This in-home consultation service includes a detailed review of your desired space(s) to assess your design needs in order for best renting potential. This service is designed for those looking to fulfill ReDesign needs themselves (DIY) and need an outside viewpoint and expert advice on what needs to be done to best meet their design goals. It is also used prior to any hands-on ReDesign Makeover Services to gather needed information for a design proposal and to make recommended purchases to be made ahead of time so we can make the most of your design day!


This consultation service can take up to an hour per room and include the following:

  • Detailed phone interview to better understand your project and design goals
  • Renter and Areea Demographics research, so we can make recommendations based on your likely renter
  • Recommendations on furniture and accessory layout in selected rooms using what you already have
  • General Shopping/Service Recommendations to better enhance the space 
  • Recommendations for optimizing space in each of your selected rooms
  • Critical Inventory Checklist for your  property to make sure everything your guests will need is in the space
  • Tips on highlighting property features and freshening up each selected space
  • Lighting, Window Treatments, and Accesory Arrangement Recommendations
  • Color Advice and photogrphable space set up ideas that will create a memorable experience for your guests 
  • Measurement of spaces if further services are elected

You will walk away with answers to your vacation rental design questions, a Priority Shopping List, and a plan of action to help you with any necessary purchases or improvements!

Mini Design Makeover


This 1/2 day makeover service is designed for those who may be feeling a little overwhelmed or need some direction on preparing their property for booking. This hands-on service typically occurs after a consultation and all recommended services and purchases have been completed. We will then help you start ReDesigning the main areas of your property right away and guide you through completing any remaining areas at completion of service. You will be very surprised at the difference just a few hours can have! 


This design service can take up to four hours in the property with two hours planning/prep time and includes the following:

  • Strategies for organizing and designing the key spaces within the property
  • Photographable space set-ups that will create a memorable experience for your guests
  • Furniture Layout Review
  • Arrangement of furniture and accessories to highlight features within the property
  • Applying any new recommended purchases made to the space to help modernize and achieve the look and function you are aiming for***
  • Shopping list of any remaining recommended purchases for best rental potential
  • Tips for designing any remaining spaces within the property
  • Critical Inventory Checklist for your property to make sure everything your guests will need is in the space

You will walk away with beautifully staged main living areas ready for pictures and showings!


***Ideally, before this appointment, you have completed your shopping recommendations from the consultation and/or elected 

for my power shopping service so that we can make the best use of our design time together.

Ultimate Design Makeover


This ultimate makeover service simply extends our time to complete hands-on design services within your property after consultation and all recommended services and purchases have been completed. This service allows up to six hours in the property to tackle your space in order to achieve your design goals

Complete Design Makeover

Priced on A Case by Case Basis

This complete design makeover service takes the stress out of the ReDesign process and is perfect for those who would like to be as “hands-free” as possible. The client is still able to make design choices and is responsible for coordination of any major changes to be done in the space by outside vendors but would rather let the designer perform the sourcing* of materials and/or the overall ReDesign of the chosen space(s) to achieve the desired look. The hands-on service occurs after a consult and all recommended services and purchases have been completed and can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days to complete based on project scope. In choosing this service, you will be left with a newly refreshed and redesigned space that your renters will love! 


This design service includes the following:

  • Detailed phone interview to better understand your project and design goals
  • On-property Consultation to review space, project scope, design goals, and take measurements and before pictures
  • Recommended changes to be done by an outside vendor
  • Vendor Recommendations/Contact information
  • A complete proposal outlining what is to be done within your space along with a general timeline and price estimate
  • Shopping and sourcing of recommended furniture and accessories to complete the design goals in the space*
  • Revised furniture and accessory layout to create the best functionality and flow within the room possible while also highlighting features within the chosen spaces
  • Color Advice and “photographable” space set-ups that will create a memorable experience for your guests
  • Restaging Handbook for Client to provide to cleaners or property managers to replicate design after each renting period
  • Critical Inventory Checklist for your property to make sure everything your guests will need is in the space

*The Complete ReDesign Makeover Service typically includes the power sourcing/shopping service detailed below


Power Shopping

In this service add-on, we will create a budget and shop directly for specific furniture and accessories that will serve as investments in the sale of your home. For online items, I will electronically send you a link to the exact recommended items for your approval. After your approval I will then either (A) provide you a direct link for you to purchase the item(s) yourself and set up delivery/assembly or (B) send you an invoice for any trade-discounted items so I can purchase them for you at a discounted rate. In order for me to make any in-store purchases, a separate shopping fund must be provided ahead of time so I am able to purchase the items as they are found. If any funds remain in your shopping fund for in-store purchases, you will be refunded the remaining balance. All items that are chosen “on the spot” in the store, will have the option to be returned and refunded (within 15 days of receipt) if the item does not meet your expectations.

ReDesign starts with what you already own and love to create the space of your dreams. ReDesign does not involve structural changes, tearing down walls, or any other high cost alterations that the complete remodeling process often requires. While you can certainly always choose to have these major changes done, and use our ReDesign services after completed, we ourselves do not orchestrate the planning or construction of those changes. The main goal of ReDesign in a vacation rental space is to create an environment that is functional, safe, and personalized to the experience your guests are expecting when they book without the high cost of a complete remodel. You will be surprised at how much potential your property already has without any major architectural changes.

All design projects start with a discovery call and consultation that can take up to an hour per room. During this appointment, if you decide for further design services, timeframe estimates will be given to you based on your project scope. Projects can take anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks to complete, depending on your project scope and any outside vendor work you choose to have completed beforehand.

It is important to remember that designer service fees do not include the price of furnishings, cosmetic improvements, or any services done by outside vendors. Our designer service fees start at $100/hr (after an initial consultation priced at $115/hr) and then what you choose to spend on your purchases is up to you but it is important to remember that your design will be directly affected by the budget you set per room. For example, having a budget of $1,000 for a new living room design will limit what purchases and changes can be done, therefore potentially limiting your design plan. An estimate of design services and fees will be given to you in your contract before any design makeover services will occur.

My goal in ReDesigning your Vacation rental is to help you maximize your property’s renting potential. When choosing your Design Service and/or creating your Design Proposal, we will decide on the number of design revisions you are allowed per your selected service. If additional revisions are desired, they can be provided at an additional hourly rate for the time it takes to complete.

Finding your beautiful focal points, we will emphasize what we love about the room and hide or distract the negative aspects of the rooms.

Focusing on lighting and color, we will make each room into a bright, warm, and inviting space for all potential renters to enjoy.



Home Renter's Appeal

In order for guests to “feel home,” we need a home that is a wonderful and memorable experience for all your guests. We will focus on creating a space that directly reflects the experience guests are looking for.




Cleaning and Repair time! Guests desire to have a space that is clean and organized when they come to visit. No vacationer wants to feel like they are in an unclean or cluttered space. 




Updating the style and building simple accessories out of what you already own in your property to create clean lines and form. We will also recommend purchases to enhance these design goals.
