Services to Fit Your Budget and Need
Here at Sydney Kaitlynn Interiors, LLC, we seek to create an environment within your home that is suitable for both entertaining and enjoyment during the holiday season! When you book a holiday design service with us, we will start by working with what you already have to help transform your home into a beautiful and cozy home for the holidays! This service is also available YEAR-ROUND for other holidays than Christmas as well!
Our Services
Holiday Design Consultation
$115/hr
In the consultation phase, we will be reviewing your current holiday decor and how it fits your needs and your home’s style. We will work with what you already have and love, as well as make inexpensive recommendations if desired, to hone in on your holiday style and tie it all together, so that your home really sparkles this season. You won’t believe the creative ways we repurpose your current decor into a holiday home!
This hourly rate can apply for up to 3 hours in the home, after which a further service will be suggested or elected to better fit your needs and budget.
Holiday Design Mini Makeover
$450+
This holiday decorating service is all about rolling up our sleeves and working together to start decorating the main areas of your home right away with your current holiday decor and any new purchases you may have made. This makeover service is typically done following a consultation service so we can better assess how to make the most use of your time and money. You won’t believe the difference a few hours makes!
*Ideally, before this appointment, you have completed your shopping recommendations and/or elected for my power shopping service so that we can make the best use of our time together.
(Up to four hours in the home; Home must be cleaned and ready with the holiday decor already set out and ready to decorate with)
Holiday Design Ultimate Makeover
$700+
This holiday decorating service simply extends our time in the home to complete holiday decorating services after a consultation has been completed. It allows us more time to tackle more space to get your home ready for your holiday get-togethers!
*Ideally, before this appointment, you have completed your shopping recommendations and/or elected for my power shopping service so that we can make the best use of our time together.
(Up to seven hours in the home; Home must be cleaned and ready with the holiday decor already set out and ready to decorate with)
Power Shopping
In this service add-on, we will create a budget and shop directly for gorgeous holiday accessories that will work perfectly with your holiday vision and your home’s current holiday decor. For online items, I will electronically send you a link to the exact recommended items for your approval. After your approval I will then either (A) provide you a direct link for you to purchase the item(s) yourself and set up delivery/assembly or (B) send you an invoice for any trade-discounted items so I can purchase them for you at a discounted rate. In order for me to make any in-store purchases, a separate shopping fund must be provided ahead of time so I am able to purchase the items as they are found. If any funds remain in your shopping fund for in-store purchases, you will be refunded the remaining balance. All items that are chosen “on the spot” in the store, will have the option to be returned and refunded (within 15 days of receipt) if the item does not meet your expectations.

First, we review your current holiday decorations, as well as the style and decor of your home. We then hone in on connecting the style of your decor with a holiday style that fits your personality, family, and home: Rustic, Glamorous, Classic, Traditional, Coastal, Eclectic, Modern, Vintage, etc. or a combination of any of these. We find that through the years, you have developed and purchased for a few different styles and we work to harmonize the look you started with what is current.
We make holiday purchase recommendations, so you can complete your look on your own or you can elect for the power shopping service in which we shop for you and come back to install for a completely new Christmas design transformation.
In order to best fulfill holiday design services, we request you and any decision makers be present on design day with all holiday items already owned laid out and ready to go. This way we can work together to display your favorite items as well as decide on what else needs to be included and what doesn’t in the overall holiday design.
We do not offer take down services after the holidays and you will be responsible for packing the items away yourself or hiring an outside source to do so. (Right after the Holidays is the perfect time for hiring a professional organizer to get your new year started!)
Since we typically have a small “window of opportunity” for holiday design, which is about 5 weeks, spots are only guaranteed by at least a 50% deposit prior to services.
Yes! We can absolutely help you with that in the consultation if you desire as well as in a hands on makeover service if elected.
If you would like help in decorating your Christmas tree, we can do so in a hands-on service but we ask that you have your tree already set up and lights tested and ready to go. We will review ahead of time what style/theme you’d like it to be styled in as well as any preferred or unpreferred ornaments, garland, etc.
Yes, upon availability. As a Staging and ReDesign Company, certain time periods throughout the year can be very busy and all services will be offered on a first come, first serve basis upon payment, so you would need to book early to secure this service.
