Services to Fit Your Budget and Need
Here at Sydney Kaitlynn Interiors, LLC, we seek to create an environment within the home that is a place for you and your family to rest, recharge and build relation. We believe the home should be a direct reflection of the user(s) through the design choices made within the space. When you choose to e-design with us, we will work with you, your budget, and any of your desired existing items to create a design plan and visual for you to follow in carrying out your design goals.
How Our E-Design Process Works
Our E-Design Process is tailored to each individual client and their needs. Not all phases listed below will be necessary for each client. Each project we encounter is unique, therefore our process is as well. This process listed here is to serve as a general guide only.
Prior to starting your design, we will do a virtual consultation together to review your project goals and who will be using the space. Measurements will also need to be provided by you if instructed. If you are a local resident, an in person consultation may be suggested.
During our Consultation, we will review our service options and review what path forward best fits you and your family. Payment will be required for any further services and any necessary contracts and proposals will be signed in order to book your service(s)!
During this stage, we will begin defining your style by creating an inspiration or mood board for you (if needed) to review and provide feedback on as your service terms permit. This will help guide me in better understanding your design style and making recommendations that fit you.
Here’s where the magic happens and (if selected) we begin creating your customized Master Shopping List with links to items thoughtfully selected for you to purchase on your own to complete your design with. (If your service terms permit, you will be allowed revisions to those selections as stated). We may also suggest Cosmetic Improvements that you should consider in order to reach your design goals. These enhancements should take place prior to your installation phase and should be completed between you and your chosen third party vendor.
Once we have completed your Master Shopping List (if applicable), we will then create your Custom Project Instructions and a Design Layout that will include Designer Notes and Styling Tips to help you carry out your project on your own preferred timeline.
Our Services
E-Design Consultation
$115+/HR
During your consultation, we will take a detailed review of your desired space(s) to assess your design goals and needs. This service can be done virtually but may be recommended in person (if possible) in order to better assess the individual spaces. This service is designed for those looking to fulfill Design needs themselves (DIY) and need an objective viewpoint and expert advice on what needs to be done to meet their design goals. It is also used prior to any further E-Design Services to gather any needed information for a customized design proposal and to make recommendations that may need to be done ahead of time in order to carry out your design plan.
This consultation service can take up to an hour per room and will include the following:
- Detailed phone/email interview to better understand your project and design goals
- General recommendations on furniture/accessory layout
- General shopping and service recommendations to consider to better enhance the space
- Recommendations for decluttering, rearranging, and optimizing space as needed
- Tips for highlighting architectural features and freshening up each desired space.
- General color and emotional connection point set up advice in each desired space
- Measurements of spaces if further services are elected (if done virtually, measurements will need to be provided by client)
E-Design Services
Priced on a case by Case Basis
Our E-Design services are designed with the client in mind which is why our packages are completely customizable to fit each client’s individual needs. During consultation or your Discovery Call we can work together to figure out which services will best benefit you and your project needs, goals, and budget. Below, you can find a general guide to our service fees. Please keep in mind each project is priced on a case by case basis and these prices are subject to change. Bulk service pricing is also available at discretion of the designer. Final pricing for your individual project will be stated in your personalized contract.
Our E-Design Services include the following:
- Mood Boards/Inspiration Boards ($25+/each)
- Custom Color Palettes ($50+/Each)
- Final Room Design Layout/ Floorplan ($115+/each)
- Designer Notes/Tips and Budget Advice (included with each floorplan)
- Personalized Shopping List with Links for each space (some items with trade discounts) ($115+/each)
- Direct Email Access with Designer throughout your contract’s stated project timeline ($0)
- Project Instructions/Guidance for carrying out design (included in each floorplan)
- Feedback Revisions (+/- $10 depending on request)
- Inspiration Photos/ 3D Visuals to convey Design (included in each floorplan as designer finds necessary)
